Fraser Kerr

Date of birth: 17 January 1993

Biography

Fraser’s arrival at the Bucks in July 2023 ended a summer-long pursuit of the experienced Scot, who made 24 appearances for York City in the 2022/23 National League season.

Hailing from Rutherglen in South Lanarkshire, Fraser began as a schoolboy with Motherwell but caught Birmingham City’s eye and switched to St. Andrews in 2009.

He returned to Motherwell, initially on loan, before moving permanently in 2013. Fraser also represented Cowdenbeath and Stenhousemuir before venturing south of Hadrian’s Wall to sign for Gateshead in 2017.

After the Heed, Fraser moved to Hartlepool United before swapping ends of the country to join Torquay United in 2020. He spent the 2021/22 season with Chesterfield before joining newly promoted York City in the summer of 2022.

Standing 6ft 2in tall, Fraser has representative honours for Scotland at under-16, under-17, under-19 and under-21 levels.

Fraser was named the Bucks new club captain on the eve of the 2023/24 season.
