The AFC Telford Supporters‘ Travel Club organises coaches for all AFC Telford United away League games during the season.
These supporters’ coaches are run voluntarily by the fans and provide a great way to get to and from away fixtures with a minimum of fuss and stress, normally dropping you off and picking you up right outside the ground. Come and join them, everyone’s welcome! The coaches are used by young and old, so a reasonable level of good behaviour is expected. Alcohol is not permitted on coaches travelling to and from football events by Law. We aim to be at the away ground an hour before kick off.
Supporters travelling on the official coach to away games and wishing to leave their car at the New Bucks Head need to give the Away Travel Organiser their vehicle registration BEFORE their first away game. Please note that if you were on the away parking list last season, you WILL NOT have been automatically transferred to the list for this season. The Away Travel Organiser and Club can accept no responsibility for car parking.
Bookings with payment in advance can be made at the Club office during normal opening times (cash is preferred please) You can also pay the Away Travel Organiser if you book in the club shop before home matches.
If you would like to pay directly into our bank account, please contact us.
Reservations for payment on the day must always be made with the Away Travel Organiser who will confirm your reservation.
Arrangements for Cup and Trophy matches will be announced when ties are known.
If you pay in advance, you will save £2 on the full price payable on the day, as shown in the prices below. Members of the TUSA Away Travel Club receive a further £2 discount on all trips. Travel club membership is just £10 per season plus £5 if you are not already a TUSA member. Forms are available on the TUSA page and from the club shop on match days.
The kind donation from TUSA has enabled us to keep the prices at what we hope is a reasonable level. However, as we have 3 long haul trips early in the season we would like to introduce a special offer. If you travel to at least 2 of the trips to Darlington, Blyth and Spennymoor, each adult fare will be reduced by a further £2.
Please note that booking in advance will help us to plan and reserve further coaches if needed.
Current guidelines are :-
– Masks are advisable upon entry to the coach.
– Hand sanitiser is located at the entrance of the coach.
– Toilet will be closed unless in an emergency.
