We have become aware of a number of AFC Telford/West Stand customers being fined by Capital Car Park Control (the Hotel’s ANPR enforcement providers) when they have entered our car park via the Hotel entrance but then legitimately parked in one of our blue bays.
Capital Car Park have no authority to do this and we would urge anyone affected to file a complaint with the governing body, the British Parking Association as soon as possible. The BPA are aware of this situation and are currently investigating.
