AFC Telford United are currently looking for a manager to take over a newly formed Ladies Development side for the 2022/23 season.
We are looking for a manager who is committed and driven to help take the team to the next level and develop the players to allow them to reach their full potential. We have a strong female section in the club with the aim of developing and progressing the players to be able to go on to play for our Ladies senior side either throughout the season or in the near future.
The team will train with the ladies side during the week and play on a Sunday afternoon so the new manager must be available within these time frames.
We are looking for a manger with the following.
Essential:
F.A Level 2 Coaching (Minimum)
Youth Module
First Aid Qualified.
Previous Experience as a coach or manager
Desirable:
Previous Experience of Women’s football
Focus on player development
