We are proud to announce a new partnership with Telford Samaritans
Samaritans do a huge amount of good work both locally in the Telford area and nationally. They respond to calls for help day and night and are always there for anyone that needs them. Nationally across over 200 branches in the UK, they respond to a call for help every six seconds and provide emotional support to over half a million people a year, these are remarkable statistics.
Telford Samaritans local branch based in Wellington, have entered a partnership with AFC Telford United to be our named charity for season 2019/20. Telford Samaritans have taken a back-wall board in the University of Wolverhampton Stand and additionally have taken a full page advert in our match day programme, as well as A4 posters and other promotional publicity at the New Bucks Head.
In turn AFC Telford United will help support Telford Samaritans by enabling them to have two matchday bucket collections during season 2019/20 and help support them
