AFC Telford United return to league action on Boxing Day when Chester are the visitors to the New Bucks Head.
With a larger crowd anticipated, AFC Telford United stewards along with West Mercia Police will be aiming to create a safe environment for fans of all ages to attend the game enjoy the festive football.
To mitigate against any poor behaviour, we are introducing increased safety and security measures including enhanced search procedures at the turnstiles.
At the game on Boxing Day, you are likely to see a significant stewarding/policing presence this is due to the derby nature of the fixture and the main aim of promoting public safety.
Fans are encouraged to arrive early, the turnstiles will open from 1.45pm on Boxing Day.
Win’s Bar will be open for home supporters only. Chester supporters will be able to purchase an alcoholic drink in the away concourse.
Please note Monday’s fixture will be segregated so Chester supporters will be housed in the Frank Nagington Stand.
We will be opening a cash turnstile for Chester supporters. No card payments will be accepted, although we do encourage supporters to purchase in advance to avoid any delays.

This game is valid for home Season Ticket holders and they can turn up on the day and scan their card at the turnstiles for stadium entry.
Please note that any home supporters that wish to purchase on the day, will need to buy from the ticket office between 1pm-3.15pm.
Supporters are encouraged to buy in advance if they can avoid the queues at the ticket office.

Parking
The main car park is situated behind the East Terrace and David Hutchinson Stand and is accessed via the Haybridge Road entrance postcode for this entrance is TF1 2NW.
The cost of Matchday parking is £3 per vehicle, payment should be made at the parking meter via card only. Should supporters wish to purchase parking by cash, they should do via the ticket office.
Permit Holders should display their permit in the vehicle they are travelling in. Admission will be refused to permit holders who do not have their permit in their possession, and the standard parking fee applicable on the day will be charged.
Please note: There is no match day parking on the hotel car park behind the University of Wolverhampton Stand
