We are pleased to confirm the addition of Jamie Pardington to the Bucks’ squad.
Jamie, aged 25, joins us from EFL League One side Lincoln City on a month’s loan, and is eligible to play in our Emirates FA Cup tie at Darlington.
Hailing from Walsall, the 6ft 5in tall shot-stopper joined Wolverhampton Wanderers having been spotted at his first club, Rushall Olympic. Jamie spent three seasons at the Premier League club, having several loan spells before making the switch to Grimsby Town when his contract at Molineux wasn’t extended.
A short spell at Larne FC of Northern Ireland was followed by a return to England, at Cheltenham Town. Jamie was loaned to Truro City, then of the National League South, and although he made his EFL debut for the Robins on the final day of the 2023-24 season, he was no retained.
Jamie’s current club, Lincoln City, offered him a two-year deal in June 2024. Although his first-team opportunities have been limited, he did enjoy a loan spell with Peterborough Sports towards the end of last season.
Jamie joined up with his prospective Bucks colleagues at training on Thursday and with all of the necessary paperwork completed, he will travel with the team as we head for County Durham, aiming to secure a place in the first round of the Emirates FA Cup.
Welcome to the Bucks, Jamie!
