We are pleased to confirm that goalkeeper Josh Gracey will remain a Buck for the rest of the 2025/26 season.
Josh, who celebrated his 18th birthday just before Christmas, joined us on loan from Wolves following Brandon Hall’s injury in September, making his debut against Kidderminster Harriers in the Emirates FA Cup.
With Brandon not expected to return for some time yet, Kevin Wilkin was eager to make the Northern Ireland Under-21 international’s loan his first business of 2026. With Wolves, the Bucks, and, most importantly, Josh himself all happy with how things have gone so far, extending Josh’s loan was a no-brainer, as Kevin explained in his post-match interview at Kidderminster:
“Wolves have been kind enough to let him stay with us to the end of the season, and we’re delighted to have Josh. I’m very thankful to Wolves for allowing him to stay with us. I think he’s enjoying his football here, and you sometimes lose sight of how young he is, but also how well he’s done for us in Brandon’s absence. Hopefully, we help him with his development and his career; he’s a terrific kid, I love working with him, and I’m delighted that will carry on.”
We’re happy you’re sticking around, Josh!
