Want a fun way to get some gentle exercise?
Join our Walking Football sessions to improve your health and make new friends. We even follow it with a breakfast club where you can chat over tea & coffee (and a bacon/sausage roll every other week!) and put the world to rights.
It’s a great laugh and you don’t need to be that fit to join in. No running or sprinting allowed!
This is especially goods for those with a lower physical activity lifestyle or those with low risk medical conditions that would benefit from a little exercise.
We meet every Monday morning at 9am to play on the artificial pitches at the New Bucks Head Stadium.
