Charlie joined the Bucks ahead of the 2025/26 season after progressing through the youth ranks at Burton Albion and featuring for Stratford Town, where he made a significant impact, including a ten-goal tally in his final season there. Having also had loan spells at Leamington and Banbury United while at Burton, Charlie brings to Telford a blend of midfield creativity and attacking instinct.
