We are pleased to confirm the addition of Harley Price to the Bucks squad.
Harley, an 18-year-old goalkeeper, joins us from Derby County on a work experience loan for the remainder of the 2024/25 season.
Kevin Wilkin was happy to bring Harley aboard and believes the success of Harry Hawkins’ loan from the Rams may have influenced Derby’s willingness to allow Harley to join up with us.
“Absolutely. We’ve developed some good relationships through taking Harry on loan, and I think Derby can see Telford as a good destination for their lads who need more experience of the men’s game.”
“Harley will complement what we already have in Brandon (Hall) and provide some competition and cover in the one area where we probably needed it. Although you can make a case to bring in a keeper on an emergency basis after the deadline, you can be chasing your tail trying to get someone in, so Harley being with us already means he gets to know us a little bit, we get to know him, and he’ll be ready should we call upon him.”
Harley is now registered with the Southern League and is available for selection.
