AFC Telford Ladies are delighted to announce that we will be playing a number of our fixtures next season at the New Bucks Head.
In recent years, pitch issues have restricted our ability to utilise the facilities. However recent work undertaken opens up a great opportunity for our Ladies to experience playing at the New Bucks Head Stadium.
Head Coach Darel Tidman-Poole reflected on the news, “It is a really positive move for not just us as a side but for the club as a whole and shows the commitment and partnership between us.
We hope to attract more supporters down to matches and show players in our Youth setup the progression through to the Ladies side and play on the New Bucks Head. I am very grateful to the Chairman and the club for giving us this opportunity and look forward to the season ahead.”
Supporters will be able to come down and support the Ladies in their West Midlands Regional League campaign. Fixtures will be subject to scheduling and we will be in a position to announce these once both the men’s and ladies fixtures have been released for the season.
