AFC Telford United are delighted to announce Brad Bood has extended his deal with the club keeping him at the New Bucks Head for a further 12 months.
The left-back was recruited from the Bucks Under 18s in the summer of 2021 before becoming a regular player for the club during the 2021/22 campaign. In January 2022 the club tied him to a longer-term deal with Brad continuing his development under Kevin Wilkin in the recent months.
Bood is the first hometown youngster to have progressed through the club’s academy and made sufficient mark on the first team in some time.
On signing his new deal and committing to the club Bood said “I am delighted to have signed a new deal with the club and remain part of the squad for next season. After talking to the management team I am excited by what they are building and we all feel after the disappointment of last season that we have unfinished business. I am looking forward to playing in front of the supporters who been great to me since the day I joined”
