AFC Telford United Foundation is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our Goal Zone team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun football environment while helping to deliver high-quality sessions for children and young people. We are looking for people who are passionate about sport, community engagement, and making a positive difference.
Role Responsibilities
Supervising and delivering Goal Zone sessions.
Creating a safe, enjoyable, and engaging environment for participants.
Setting up and packing away equipment.
Supporting coaches and staff during activities.
Building positive relationships with children, young people, and families.
Assisting with AFC Telford United Foundation programmes and community projects.
Supporting holiday camps, football development activities, and special events when required.
Acting as a positive ambassador for AFC Telford United and the Foundation.
Hours Available
Monday to Friday – flexible shifts available, with some sessions running until 10:00pm.
Saturdays – 9:00am to 12:00pm.
Casual and flexible hours available.
What We're Looking For
A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Reliability and punctuality.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Experience working with children, sport, or community programmes is desirable but not essential.
A passion for football and community engagement.
