Ross White

Date of birth: 23 June 1996

Biography

Ross started his career with his hometown club Wrexham, a team he also supported. He progressed through the club’s youth system to earn a full-time professional deal and made 12 appearances in 2014/15; however, injury curtailed his 2015/16 season and in May 2016 he was released by boss Gary Mills.

He subsequently joined Southport, managed by former Wrexham team-mate Andy Bishop, taking the same path as former Buck Jonathan Royle.

Ross signed for the Bucks on his 21st birthday, on 23rd June 2017, and is one of the club’s longest serving players.

A steady presence in the defensive unit, the 2021/22 season will be his fifth season at the New Buck’s Head.

Ross is sponsored for the 2021/22 season by Carolyn Hornby (away shirt).
