James McQuilkin

Date of birth: 9 January 1989

James became a Buck for the third time in his career when agreeing terms for the 2023/24 season; he spent a brief time at the club in the 2015/16 season, but returned for a lengthier spell when Gavin Cowan signed him for his first season as manager.

James spent two seasons with the Bucks before moving on, eventually joining Hereford and helping them to reach the 2021 FA Trophy final.

He subsequently joined Stourbridge, helping them to knock the Bucks out of the FA Trophy, and spent last season at Hednesford Town.

James has extensive experience in the game, having started his career at West Bromwich Albion; he has played for Tescoma Zlin in the Czech Republic and counts Walsall, Kidderminster Harriers and Torquay United among his other clubs.
