Your guide to a matchday at New Bucks Head.
After such a promising performance in midweek against Shrewsbury Town, the Bucks return to action on Saturday when Birmingham City U23’s visit the New Bucks Head.
Prices are as follows:
- Adult: £8.00
• Concessions: £5.00
• Students & 16-19 Yr Olds (Id Required) £3.00
• Under 16’s: £1,00
Please note the East Terrace will be closed on Saturday.
For those home supporters who wish to purchase on the day of the game in cash or by card, you can still do so at the new ticket office which will be based outside the East Terrace near to the Learning Centre Building.
The Ticket Office will be open between 1pm until 3.00pm.
For those supporters that require disabled access and those with carer assistance, you will be able to pay on the assisted gate which is based next to the club shop.

Masks MUST be worn inside the concourse at all times when visiting the snack bar or bar and toilets. Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the stadium. You will not be required to wear a mask in open space but please feel free to remain in your mask throughout if you feel more comfortable.
We are not required to check temperatures on arrival, however we would urge supporters to remain vigilant for social distancing throughout the stadium.
AFC Telford United recommend a PCR Test before attending although this is not compulsory. Please do not attend if you have any COVID Symptoms or have tested positive in the last 7 days.
Car parking is available at the New Bucks Head priced at £3.00 per car. Limited spaces are available on the Learning Centre Car Park. Please pay at the car parking meters. Only card payments will be accepted. Please do not park on the Whitehouse Hotel Car Park otherwise you will be fined £100
Supporters who pre-book taxis will should be dropped outside the Whitehouse Hotel on Watling Street.
Ticket Office and Club Shop opening hours
The Ticket Office Is open from 1.30m-3.00pm on a match day. Our Club Shop will be open from 1.30pm through until kick off.
The stadium gates open at 1.30pm. Hospitality entrance will be closed on Saturday
The won’t be any Bucks matchday programme on sale during pre-season. Teamsheets will be available from the disabled gate.
Products on offer at the New Bucks Head which are provided by Mitchells Catering include burgers, hot dogs and pies confectionary and crisps. Cold drinks such as Pepsi, Tango, and Water are available from the kiosks.
Snack Bars on the North & West Stand will be Open. The East Terrace Snack Bar will be closed.
Win’s Bar will be open from 1pm on Saturday. The Bar will reopen after the game from 5pm
Inside the ground, home supporters can drink on the West Stand Bar.
The First Aid Room can be located under the control tower. Please ask the nearest stewards if you require any further assistance.
There are numerous dedicated disabled toilet facilities around the ground.
AFC Telford United provide a careers champion who is on hand to help supporters who require assistance.
Disabled supporters will be able to pay on the assisted gate which is based next to the club shop.
Reporting an issue
If you hear someone behaving in an inappropriate manner, putting the Club at risk during a match day you are entitled to report them anonymously by texting 07572 236 037 which is a new system that will be monitored from the control tower on a match day.
Fans who do behave in an inappropriate manner, bringing the Club into disrepute will face limited or lifetime bans, loss of their season ticket, or arrest by the Police.
