Much improved Telford hold Wolves Bomb Squad
On a warm, sunny evening at the New Bucks Head, AFC Telford United held a strong Wolves side 1-1 in front of 860 satisfied supporters. Wolves named ex Tottenham midfielder Jamie O’Hara and Irish duo, Stephen Ward and Kevin Doyle and it was the latter who gave Wolves a half time lead, Steve Akrigg leveling things up with an emphatic equaliser on 70 minutes to give the hosts a deserved share of the spoils.
